Silvestre Festas, despite being connected with a series of major surfing events such as the WCT in Peniche or the WQS in Ribeira D'ilhas, supported the implementation of the Perfect Chapter event.

This surfing event was unprecedented in Portugal and brought together the best national surfers on the best waves that the Portuguese coast has to offer. The athletes were chosen by online public voting and in the end the winner of the first edition was the well-known Tiago Pires.
