Dive for All
In June 2011, Cascais Atlântico sent Silvestre Festas a request for support which we could not refuse in the face of his generosity and importance.
The project was to create, for more than a dozen people with special needs and mobility difficulties, a scuba diving experience with all the necessary equipment and monitoring by professionals.
First were three dives for learning purposes and then a final dive in the sea.
The importance of this initiative and the promotion of citizenship and awareness of the general public for a more inclusive society, led Silvestre Festas to place a shelter structure in the Marina of Cascais for the sea diving day.
