SOL (sun), established in 1992, is a support association for children with AIDS and their respective families.

SOL stands for solidarity, light, hope, equal treatment, support in the fight against discrimination, and the promotion of citizenship and human and children’s rights.
Silvestre Festas, in solidarity with our society and with the difficulties that exist in it, furnished Casa Sol with a set of structures for children receiving a very special visit from 1st Lady Maria Cavaco Silva.
